Having lived in Mount Vernon for over 25 years, Dan Hewitt is skilled in all aspects of real estate including purchase and selling methods, valuation, rental property investment viability and market conditions and trends. He earned an Associate in Arts degree from Skagit Valley College in 1977, attended the University of Washington and received a Bachelor in Arts degree from Washington State University in 1981. Real estate experience includes selling, appraising and investing, primarily in residential properties in the Skagit Valley area. Dan has been associated with NorthWest Properties in Mount Vernon for over eleven years.
